Mindful Mobility is a slower paced class designed to relieve stiff muscles and joints through movement and breath-work. Class will consist of therapeutic movement for the body, grounding and centering for the mind, and intentional breathing for healthy respiratory and nervous system.

In the spirit of longevity, this class will strengthen your core, improve the overall health and wellness of your spine, and give you the ability to regulate your nervous system.

With practice and consistency, students in this class will promote resiliency, concentration, improved body awareness and balance.

This is a four week course that meets on Tuesdays, August 6-August 27 from 6-7 PM.
