This immersive gentle nature themed yoga class with short Nidra (healing yogic sleep) is suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners and will meet indoors on days too warm to practice outside. Invite nature in as we root down connecting with earth energy and rise up connecting with the sky. As you invite the peace and serenity of nature in to soothe the nervous system and boost the immune system, you’ll leave feeling relaxed and serene like the gardens themselves. Led by Karen Babcock, E–RYT500 and nature lover.

This is a four week course that meets on Tuesdays, June 7-June 28 from 6-7 PM.
