Norfolk Botanical Garden and the Virginia Zoo are swapping members for the month of March 2024.
For Virginia Zoo Members
- Virginia Zoo members who visit Norfolk Botanical Garden will receive free admission for up to six guests total depending on membership level. Virginia Zoo members will also receive a 10% discount in the Garden Gift Shop. Not valid for special events and education programs. Please follow the instructions and use the promo code in the email from the Virginia Zoo to reserve your discounted tickets.
- Virginia Zoo members must make advanced reservations online using the calendar below. Tickets are only valid for the specific date and arrival time noted on the reservation. Tickets can be scanned directly from your smartphone or from a paper copy printed at home. Must present tickets and a valid Virginia Zoo membership card upon arrival at Tollbooth.
- Virginia Zoo members who join Norfolk Botanical Garden during the month of March will receive 1 extra month on their NBG membership! Must present valid Virginia Zoo membership card in person at our Front Desk to redeem.
For Norfolk Botanical Garden Members
- Garden Family (including Senior and Military levels) or Garden Family & Friends members can enjoy free admission during the month of March at the Virginia Zoo for up to 6 people. Individual members (including Senior and Military levels) are allowed free admission for 1 individual. Please have your valid NBG membership card and photo ID for entry. This excludes special events and educational programs.
- NBG members must make advanced reservations online to visit the Virginia Zoo via the email that was sent out on 02/27/24. If you did not receive this email, please contact membership@nbgs.org.
- NBG members will receive 10% discounts in the gift shop and food service locations.
- NBG members who join the Virginia Zoo during the month of March can take advantage of two extra months free on a Virginia Zoo membership.
