CANCELLED- Jr. Master Gardeners (Saturday Series)

Join us in the WOW Children’s Garden for our newly offered Learn, Grow, Eat & Go! Jr Master Gardeners early childhood education program! This series combines multi-sensory curriculum with plant and garden learning, food exposure, brain and body-boosting physical activities, and novel parental engagement. The series is recommended for children ages 4-6 and requires significant chaperone assistance. 

The Learn, Grow, Eat, and Go! program in an NBG Member-exclusive series. Participants are required to sign up for the full series and attend all four classes. Check-in will take place in the WOW Children’s Garden at 10AM.

Series Schedule:

• Saturday, October 5: How Do Plants Grow?
• Saturday, October 12: Seeds and Roots
• Saturday, October 19: Stems and Leaves
• Saturday, October 26: Flowers and Fruits

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

• All participating children must have a paid, pre-registered ticket to attend the program.
• Each registered child is permitted to have up to two adult chaperones present. No sibling tag-alongs.
• Dressing for the weather and wearing comfortable walk shoes are encouraged.
• Tickets must be pre-registered. Walk-up tickets may not be available.
• Individual class tickets include Garden admission.

Cost

Price for NBG Members: $50/Child. (Adult members may chaperone for free with a registered child).

All child class participants must have a registered ticket. Each attending child is permitted to have up to two adult chaperones attend the program. No sibling tag-alongs.
