Homeschool Garden Stewards: Seasonal Vegetables

Did you know you can have a winter vegetable garden? Learn about the best edible plants to grow in the winter, then start your own winter vegetable to take home. Recommended for Homeschoolers ages 9-14. All attending adults and children are required to have a registered ticket. 

UPDATED PROGRAM REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

• All participating children must have a paid, pre-registered ticket to attend the program.
• All attending adults must have a registered ticket.
• Dressing for the weather and wearing comfortable walk shoes are encouraged.
• Walk-up tickets the day of the class will not be available.
• Program tickets include Garden admission.
• Homeschool Garden Stewards is strictly recommended for students ages 9-14. Those with younger children will be directed to register for either the Homeschool Garden Science or the Little Sprout Explorers series.

Cost

Price for NBG Members: $15/child (adult members may attend for free with a registered child).

Price for Not-yet Members: $23/Child and $20/Adult (tickets for class must be purchased for both children and adults and includes daytime admission to NBG).
