Join AARP Virginia for Grandparent’s Day at the Norfolk Botanical Garden!

The Botanical Garden is 175-acre garden filled with thousands of different flowers and plants. With more than 60 themed gardens, including a 3-acre Children’s Garden, Norfolk Botanical Garden has something for everyone. This ever-changing landscape has formal gardens and natural areas; the Garden has something to discover and explore all year long. Some gardens focus on collections of plants (camellias, hydrangeas, roses), while others look at a plant from a specific region like Japan or Virginia. Our guests will have access to the grounds of the garden which includes various exhibits, a butterfly house, and a public narrated tram tour.
