Tap into the powerful healing benefits of a balanced system. Many of us understand that yoga can ease stress and create relaxation. In this workshop, we’ll look at the nervous system in relation to yoga and its therapeutic benefits. Using a progression of experiential practices including gentle movements, pranayama, and restorative postures that support our well-being will allow you to feel the effects directly. You’ll leave feeling informed, and mentally and physically refreshed.
