We will practice a flowing sense of ease with our breath and bodies, get our hearts pumping with a few strength/balance building poses, and enjoy a mindful moment with guided savasana. Beginner friendly and for every body. Props provided or you are welcome to bring your own! Dress comfortably. Preregistration required. Class will be held indoors.
