This is a four week introductory course that involves low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance and can be a great exercise for older adults or those recovering from injury due to its low- impact exercises and subtle movements.
This class meets on Tuesdays, October 1-October 22 from 6-7 PM.
$35 ($45 for not-yet-members)
