Looking for a fantastic yoga instructor and convenient yoga classes? NBG offers yoga classes to fit your schedule, taught by experienced instructor, Ann Williams. Discover the multitude of health benefits that can be gained from this low impact relaxing exercise during this four week course. Join us and learn how you can increase your strength, flexibility, posture and energy! The instructor will lead you through a series of stretches, positions and deep breath work. Preregistration required.
