Yoga Nidra is a sleep based meditation technique usually done lying down. It involves a series of structured awareness techniques that optimize physical restoration and help dissipate the build-up of excess stress in the body. No experience is necessary. Preregistration required. Class will be held indoors.
This is a four week course that meets on Thursdays, June 1-June 22 from 6-7 PM.
