Invasive species are a major topic of conversation at the table of ecology. Why not eat them as we discuss? Join me in making recipes using local invasive plants while learning about the role that invasive species have in our environment. This class will be an interactive eating and learning experience. Recipes will use a multitude of ingredients, some including dairy and gluten, but options will be available without.
