Rose Garden Hall
Our largest and most traditional facility, Rose Garden Hall offers gorgeous views of the Rose Garden, canal, and bridge beyond. At 4,000 square feet, the main hall offers many options for banquet seating, dancing, lectures, and meetings. In addition, the 1,400 square foot lobby is a spacious area for pre-function activities such as cocktails, photo or display booths, meeting or workshop registration, or other reception activities such as food stations and buffets. The attached outdoor area is comprised of a patio and three inter-connecting gazebos with lighting to accommodate evening activities. This area is ideal for cocktails, entertainment, or as a rain site for Rose Garden ceremonies. This banquet/meeting complex with its versatile outdoor setting creates the perfect flow and ambience for a memorable event.
Baker Hall and Visitor Center
Our visitor center, Baker Hall, transforms into a spectacular, non-traditional reception location after-hours. The hall offers beautiful, cathedral-height, vaulted ceilings with skylights and an attached terrace, overlooking the Perennial Garden and canal. The terrace is perfect and spacious for a ceremony and/or cocktail hour! The hall is available for private events from 6 pm – 12 am. One thousand square foot, Holly Room, included with the rental of the hall, can be used as a staging area for catering staff or changing room for the bridal party.
While Baker Hall is seen regularly as our Visitors Center during normal business hours, the hall is transformed into a spectacular, non-traditional wedding reception location that is sure to please any crowd. The Holly Room is included in your rental of Baker Hall.
Room capacity: 125 people.
The most intimate of our reception spaces, the Garden Cafe can comfortably accommodate 60 people for a seated dinner. The outdoor terrace overlooking the stunning Japanese Garden can be used for a ceremony and/or cocktail hour. The Café is the perfect space for an intimate yet beautiful reception.
One of the original structures on the Garden’s 155-acre campus is a charming example of mid-century modern architecture, the Rotunda (or Administration Building) can only be reserved as a backup rain location for outdoor ceremonies. The Rotunda overlooks the Fragrance and Circle Garden and Perennial Fountain beyond.
