ALL BIRTHDAY PARTIES INCLUDE:
- A three-hour rental of the WOW classroom (includes ½ hour clean-up and ½ hour set-up)
- Admission for a maximum of 35 family members/guests over the age of 1. This is the classroom capacity and includes both members and non-members.
- A golf cart ride to and from WOW for the all food/decorations and the birthday boy/girl and a parent/guardian. Please note that balloons, pinatas and helium tanks are not permitted in the Garden.
Expecting more than 35 guests? Add an additional classroom for $100 +5% tax (includes admission for 20 additional guests). Additional fees still apply for more than 10 children at Little Sprouts/Themed parties.

LITTLE SPROUTS PARTY
Children turning 4-5
All Little Spouts parties include ½ hour guided program. Each child receives a small paper pot and plants a seed. Program for ten children and their parents: included in the price of the party; additional children are $4/each. Maximum number of guests may not exceed 35 without the additional classroom.
Choose from the following themes:
- Garden Storytime: Listen to a story and go on a sensory and alphabet walk in the children’s garden.
- Farm Party: Visit the WOW mini-farm and search the veggie patch for mini-farm animals.
- COST: $290 + 5% tax for NBG Family Members / $340 + 5% tax for Non-Members
THEMED PARTY
Children turning 5-10
All themed parties include an hour long guided program with a craft and goody bags. Program for fifteen children and their parents is included in the price of the party; additional children are $5/each. Maximum number of guests may not exceed 35 without the additional classroom.
Choose from the following themes:
- Garden Art (AGES 7-10): Use natural materials and other crafty goods to create Garden-inspired works of art. With a bucket of chalk, WOW becomes your canvas! For a $3/child additional charge, children can visit the Butterfly House and paint their own canvas in the Butterfly Garden.
- Pirate Adventure: Decorate a bandana and explore faraway lands on a treasure hunt.
- Garden Safari: Make an animal mask and play critter bingo in the Plant Safari.
- COST: $325 + 5% tax for NBG Family Members / $375 + 5% tax for Non-Members
Birthday Parties are held on Saturdays and Sundays and are subject to availability. Parties must be booked at least two weeks in advance. Full payment is required to hold a date.

A 50% minimum deposit is required at the time of reservation and the balance must be paid two weeks prior to event.
Education Programs Refund Policy:
-Cancellations 5 or more business days prior to the program start date: refund, less 20% processing fee.
-Cancellations 1-4 business days prior to the program start date: No Refund.
-Courses cancelled by the garden due to low enrollment or inclement weather conditions will be refunded in full.
