Stress is an unavoidable factor in life, and the negative effects can manifest in all physical, mental and emotional imbalances and ailments. Yoga is a highly effective way to manage stress, where deep, conscious breathing and mindful movement and postures help soothe and nourish the nervous system.
The workshop will include just enough movement to feel like you have moved your whole body, but will have greater focus on forward bends, side bends and inversions to help you let go of tension and bring you into a relaxed and balanced state. Learn tools to implement into your own practice and enjoy a restful savasana at the end!
