Take your practice further with this specialized workshops with instructor Hannah Hooper. All levels welcomed. Please bring your yoga mat.
In this workshop we breakdown what comprises the core, and learn it is much more than just the ‘abs’. Having a strong core or center will bring more awareness to the pelvic floor muscles and also into the lower back. You will learn how to effectively engage the core in various yoga postures and postural categories, and work up to crow pose and side plank.
