Ten Thousand Steps Walking Program

walkerIt is recommended by the America Heart Association that people walk 10,000 steps per day.  Don’t let the soaring number scare you, we are here to ease you into fitness in and around the Garden or surrounded by Garden views!  This four week course is FREE for NBG Members!

This is a four week course March 7-28.

Please preregister to ensure availability.  Meet in the breezeway just inside the Education Entrance of the Visitor’s Center.
