Join professional culinary instructor, Heidi Walker from Love to Cook and learn how to create fabulous sauces. Learn the “mother sauces” of cooking. These basic sauces can be enhanced and will give you a multitude of options for creating delectible entree’s and side dishes. She will share tips and techniques as well as tasty recipes for homemade sauces, dressings, oils and butters all made with a variety of fresh herbs. Participants will discover the flavors and characteristics of many herbs and the foods they best compliment.
