Join professional culinary instructor, Heidi Walker from Love to Cook and learn how to make the perfect pastry dough as well as various traditional and unique holiday desserts, pies and tarts.   She will share tips and techniques as well as tasty recipes for homemade sauces, dressings, oils and butters all made with a variety of fresh herbs. Participants will discover the flavors and characteristics of many herbs and the foods they best compliment.
