Join cook and health food practitioner Marie Adele Weaver from the Farm Life in Pungo and discover this ancient Asian health remedy and super food. Kombucha is a potent fermented beverage know for it’s detoxifying and energizing ingredients including; probiotics, polyphenols, B vitamins, vitamin C, organic enzymes and vital amino acids.  All participants will take home a starter kit and recipes to flavor your Kombucha naturally to create healthy and refreshing concoctions and even cocktails!
