Garden Tracks – Get Your Steps in!
It is recommended by the America Heart Association that people walk 10,000 steps per day or approximately 5 miles. Don’t let the soaring number scare you, we are here to ease you into fitness! Chat with YMCA staff to get health and wellness tips on this energetic fitness walk while enjoying the beauty of the Garden. Class will meet in Baker Hall Visitor Center. Pre-registration not required.
