Tai Chi is best described as a “moving meditation exercise.” This four week course is for continuing students who want to practice Tai Chi in a group setting. This is a student led activity group. Students will focus on building core Tai Chi movements and is appropriate for every body type, age or physical condition. Classes are inside with panoramic Garden views. Come with comfortable clothes, shoes and an open heart and mind.
For those who have taken a Beginning Taoist Tai Chi Class.
