This low impact seated exercise program incorporates weights and bands for strength training and increased range of motion, as well as standing exercises with a chair for balance and support. This fitness program is perfect for those just getting back into exercise or for individuals recovering from back or knee injuries.
Pre-registration is required.
This is a four week course Thursdays May 23 – June 13.
