This is a four week course Thursdays Feb. 7th – 28th 9:30AM-10:30AM
This low impact seated exercise program incorporates weights and bands for strength, as well as standing exercises with a chair for support and improved balance. This fitness program is perfect for those just getting back into exercise or for individuals with back or knee injuries.
