Spring is in the air and on your dessert! Join baker Heather Fitzpatrick and learn how to create scrumptious sweets with some of your favorite herbs and flowers. Participants will discover how to infuse frosting and cakes with herbs such as lavender and mint and create beautiful toppers with edible sugared flowers. Sample and take home some of your own Spring sweets.
