Enjoy panoramic views of our Bicentennial Rose Garden while learning a system of movements that re-educate, re-pattern, re-align and balance your body. Certified Personal Trainer Karen Dougherty will focus on core muscles: abdominal, back, hamstrings and inner thighs.
Classic weight-lifting movements mixed with cardio-conditioning drills will create a stronger, leaner you. Great for all fitness levels.
