Baking up the Holidays – Piecrusts & Pastries

Enjoy delicious recipes and plenty of mouth watering samples with home chef Pat Lehman.  Join us for this evening class and and take home new recipes and tips to impress your friends and family this holiday season with old favorites and new treats!  All participants will leave with the secret to making their own perfect “tender/flaky” pie crust from scratch.  Students will also learn how to build a simple, effective Danish dough recipes and learn why a Danish (invented by Austrian bakers) is called a Danish as well as discovering how to create a Pate a Choux for cream puffs and eclairs.
