Children’s Birthday Parties

Invite friends and family to celebrate in the World Of Wonder Children’s Garden!

Birthday Parties are held on Saturdays and Sundays at 10AM, 12:30 PM, 3PM and are subject to availability. Parties must be booked at least two weeks in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit payment is required to hold a date.  Full payment must be made two weeks before the date of the party.  COST: $200 + 6% tax for NBG Family Members / $250 + 6% tax for Non-Members.

ALL BIRTHDAY PARTIES INCLUDE:

  • A one-hour rental of the WOW classroom.
  • Admission for a maximum of 30 guests (adults/children older than 12 months). This is the classroom capacity and includes both members and non-members.  Additional facility space to accommodate more than 30 guests is not available.
  • A staff member can transport your supplies to WOW.  Please note that balloons, piñatas and helium tanks are NOT permitted in the Garden.
  • All necessary utensils, plates, napkins, cups, table cloths, and table center pieces are included with your rental. (Choose from bug, pirate or flower theme) No additional decorations are permitted.

Birthday Parties in the WOW Children’s Garden are designed to make hosting easy and affordable for parents and fun for children and guests! There’s plenty to do in the WOW Children’s Garden, so additional decorations and entertainment are not required (or permitted).  All you need to bring is food for your guests! (You may also bring favors.)

 WHAT CAN/CAN’T I BRING?

  • Balloons, pinatas and helium tanks ARE NOT allowed in the Garden.
  • No public refrigeration is available. Coolers are permitted. Alcoholic beverages ARE NOT allowed.
  • Because of WOW’s location, catering/pizza and cake deliveries ARE NOT allowed.

 Additional Birthday Party Add-ons:

Themed Garden Adventures - Program includes a ½ hour themed scavenger hunt or guided walk in the children’s garden led by a Youth Educator, goody bags and a craft for up to 15 children (additional children $3/each).  COST: $75 + 6% tax for NBG Family Members / $100 + 6% tax for Non-Members

Choose from the following themes:

  • Little Sprouts (ages 3-5) includes story time, sensory walk and craft.
  • Pirate Adventurer (ages 5+) includes treasure hunt and craft.
  • Garden Safari (ages 5+) includes scavenger hunt and craft.

Children’s Holiday Birthday Parties

All children’s holiday birthday parties include a 1 ½ hour rental of a private room (includes set-up time) and cocoa for your guests. Classrooms accommodate up to 30 guests max.  Holiday birthday parties are available Monday-Thursday December 1st-18th  2015.

  • Members: $150 plus the cost of Tinsel Tram Tickets (reduced rate of $7/person)
  • Non-Members: $200 plus the cost of Tinsel Tram Tickets (reduced rate of $8/person)
  • Additional Polar Express Program: $50 includes story reading and craft

A 50% deposit of the rental & additional Polar Express Program fee and the full cost of the Tinsel Tram Tickets will be due at the time of booking.  Remaining balances will be due two weeks prior to the event.

Children’s Birthday Party Refund Policy:
-Cancellations 5 or more business days prior to the party reservation date: refund, less  $50 cancellation fee.
-Cancellations 1-4 business days prior to the party reservation date date: No Refund.
-Parties cancelled by the garden due to inclement weather conditions will be refunded in full.
